Graphic Design & Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a growing, creative organization in Central Florida to hire a Graphic Design & Marketing Manager who can combine exceptional hands-on design skills with ownership of day-to-day marketing execution.

This is not a traditional people-management role or a position where you’ll simply oversee outside creative work. We’re looking for a hands-on designer and marketer who wants to own projects from concept through execution.

You’ll develop creative concepts for a variety of clients, prepare artwork for production, manage digital and social content, and take the lead on executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership while having the autonomy to take an idea, fill in the details, and make it happen.

The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer first , with solid marketing experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience in an agency, print, promotional products, apparel, or other production-focused creative environment would be especially valuable.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design & Client Artwork

• Develop creative concepts and promotional materials for a variety of clients while adhering to individual brand standards

• Design across a range of mediums, including print, packaging, apparel, promotional materials, and digital assets

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, creative direction, and brand guidelines

• Create detailed product mockups and presentation-ready concepts

• Prepare accurate, print-ready production files , accounting for specifications such as bleeds, dielines, color limitations, imprint areas, stroke widths, and font requirements

• Collaborate with production teams and adjust artwork based on production requirements or client feedback

• Review artwork carefully for accuracy, quality, and production specifications before final delivery

• Proactively identify and resolve design or production issues

Marketing & Digital Design

• Create engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing channels

• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital touchpoints

• Optimize creative assets for different platforms while maintaining strong visual quality

• Support the creation of blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, promotional materials, and other content

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Partner closely with leadership to shape ideas into actionable marketing initiatives and take ownership of execution

• Build and manage the annual marketing calendar

• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, print, social, and events

• Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities

• Partner with sales on lead-generation initiatives, messaging, and marketing materials

• Track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion

• Manage marketing projects, priorities, budgets, and timelines

• Proactively bring new ideas and recommendations to leadership

Social Media & Content

• Own the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar

• Create and schedule engaging content

• Monitor performance and engagement and adjust strategy based on results

• Help grow the company's digital presence through consistent, creative content

AI, Analytics & Tools

• Use AI tools to accelerate design, copywriting, content development, ideation, and reporting

• Stay current on emerging AI and creative tools and identify practical ways to incorporate them into existing workflows

• Track marketing performance and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership

• Protect and elevate the brand across every touchpoint

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience , including at least 2 years working within marketing

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both print/production design and digital or social content

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of print production and preparing production-ready artwork

• Experience managing social media accounts, content calendars, and scheduling tools

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics

• Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar tools into your workflow

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and reprioritize as deadlines change

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative attitude and ability to receive and incorporate feedback

Bonus points for experience with:

• Promotional products, apparel decoration, print, or agency environments

• Screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, DTF, or other production methods

• Photography or short-form video

• B2B marketing and lead generation

• CRM platforms

• Copywriting

Most importantly, you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats. You can move from designing client artwork to planning a campaign, creating social content, collaborating with sales, or testing a new AI tool without missing a beat.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience
