Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 06/23/2026 Duration: 6 months Shift: Days, Monday–Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum / Temporary License/Certs: Valid PA certification, First Assist certification with robotic surgery experience required Experience: Minimum required—experience in robotic gynecological surgeries, inpatient OR setting Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (note: rate to be discussed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do: Provide advanced assisting during gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members in the inpatient OR setting Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operation workflows Maintain documentation compliant with facility standards using Cerner/Oracle EMR Support patient care before, during, and after surgeries Adhere to safety and clinical protocols in a Level 3 trauma hospital Participate in a fast-paced surgical environment, averaging 2–6 surgeries daily What You Need: Valid PA license in New Jersey (no license sponsorship needed) First Assist certification with robotic surgery experience 3+ years of experience in gynecological surgery, preferably with robotic procedures Strong surgical assisting skills and ability to work under supervision of attending surgeons Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to commit to 6 months of coverage starting June 23, 2026 About the Assignment: This assignment is at a leading facility in Atlantic City, NJ, providing comprehensive gynecologic surgical services within a Level 3 trauma hospital.
