What You ll Do:

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries as part of the inpatient OR team
• Provide first assist support during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Document surgical procedures accurately within the Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Maintain high standards of patient care for adult patients undergoing gynecologic surgery
• Support the surgical team with perioperative tasks as needed

What You Need:

• Active NP or PA license in New Jersey
• First Assist Certification with Robot experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in gynecology surgery, specifically robotic procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
