Strategic Account Manager (Philadelphia, PA, New Jersey)

ResMed seeks a Strategic Account Manager to drive brand prescription volume and cultivate key client relationships in the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. The role involves developing account strategies with clinical partners, analyzing patient data, and positioning ResMed solutions as preferred clinical options.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, sleep labs, and referral sources
- Drive ResMed brand prescription adoption and increase patient referral volume
- Analyze client and patient data to align ResMed solutions with clinical needs
- Execute account strategies with internal support teams using CRM system
- Serve as subject matter expert representing ResMed product portfolio to clients
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Medical device, B2B, or B2C sales background at top-performing organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Territory travel capability as needed for account management
- Data-driven mindset with results-focused accountability
