State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Join Our Team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a STNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being. Our rehab-recovery suites offer a comfortable stay with a bathroom, flat screen TV, and WiFi, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with transferring and repositioning residents
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
