Service Line Methodology and Learning, Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Service Line Methodology and Learning Manager to join the team in Chicago, IL. The role supports our Go Beyond strategy, protecting our global brand by operationalizing and maintaining the firm’s methodologies across the engagement tool. Responsibilities Operationalize our methodologies within the engagement tool. Participate in UAT and other testing as needed. Test the operationalization of methodologies. Develop additional tool learning resources, including videos and QSCs. Assist in developing the global sustainability methodology and support materials. Maintain the global methodology. Create learning resources such as programs, QRGs, and practice aids. Qualifications Professional designation (CPA, CA, or equivalent). Fluent in English. Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager. Experience in developing and/or executing sustainability engagements. Self‑starter with confidence to manage projects. Strong business writing and communication skills. Agile and proactive mindset. Global mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork. Excellent organization, time‑management, and multi‑project management skills. Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones. Previous experience in a global professional services environment and with international stakeholders (desirable). Previous experience in a national office role (desirable). Previous experience in developing learning (desirable).
