Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Japanese Accounting Assistant Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 to $ 24.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, journal entries, payroll, and accounting data using Sage software.Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, wire transfers, invoices, and customer payments.Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit cards, and ledger reviews.Prepare financial reports, audit documentation, and budget summaries.Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment inquiries and billing discrepancies.Japanese Accounting Assistant Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent accounting experience will be considered.2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, or financial recordkeeping.Proficiency with accounting software, preferably Sage Accounting, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
