About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director, People & Culture Business Partner to play a pivotal role in advancing its mission. The successful candidate will be the site lead for the People & Culture function, ensuring that the company's values and strategies are effectively implemented. This strategic position involves serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across various scientific and research functions, including workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management. The role also includes driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and leadership development, as well as championing a culture of authenticity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Applicants for the Executive Director, People & Culture Business Partner role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a related field preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years' in a strategic business partner capacity. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development, and be adept at partnering with executive leaders to scale operations during periods of growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a passion for building inclusive, mission-driven cultures that prioritize the needs of patients and people. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and a commitment to the values that underpin the company's work.
