Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers through in-person and phone interactions. This role assists customers, resolves issues, handles complaints, and manages escalations while applying strong product knowledge and communication skills. This position offers advancement opportunities to Senior Associate and cross-functional roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through in-person and phone interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and calls with professionalism.
- Apply product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Address complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Manage high customer volumes in a calm manner.
- Effectively manage a cash drawer.
- Work as a team with co-workers to efficiently complete all daily tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends on a set schedule.
