What We Offer Pay range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually with monthly commissions Average first year earning potential: $45,000+ Two Weeks Paid Time Off Dental and Vision Insurance All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm What You'll Do This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same! Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate Makes recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and oppose any customer objections Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction All other duties as assigned Contribute to the success of the TEAM Be Your Best and Have Fun! Who We're Looking For Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving ability Professional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on life Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Ocean Township, NJ.
