Receptionist
Location: Toms River, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Wiggle Room Play center in Toms River, NJ. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming mail and deliveries
• Handle sales
• Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling events/birthday parties
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and stocking reception area inventory
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

What We Offer:

** $16-19/ hour depending on experience
