Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Outpatient | Burleson, TX

Children's Therapy Solutions is a pediatric outpatient clinic in Burleson, TX specializing in Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We're on a mission to make high-quality therapy accessible to every child in our community — and we're growing.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across a range of communication and feeding disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other SLPS, OT staff, families, and outside providers to support whole-child care
• Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain licensure and adhere to Texas state practice standards

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a pediatric outpatient setting
• Experience with articulation, language, fluency, and AAC
• Experience in feeding disorders in children a plus
• Strong documentation habits and ability to meet productivity expectations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
