- Assist the Property Manager
- Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
- Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
- Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
- Address resident concerns
- Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
- Ability to manage resident needs effectively
- Knowledge of property management software required
- Tax Credit, LHITC, HUD experience needed
