Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Match associates with the right job opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Follow up with associates and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Make outbound recruiting and sales calls.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity.

**Qualifications **

• Staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound sales and recruiting calls.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
