Caregiver

Brightstar Care of Leesburg and Gainesville is growing! We are seeking competent and talented Caregivers to join our amazing team of professionals, as we deliver high-level accessible home care to our clients in Northern Virginia.

SPECIFIC SCHEDULE : Monday through Sunday 8am-8pm. Variety of different shifts available. Must also be okay with Weekend Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients.
• Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, transfers, etc.
• Following a specific care plan developed for each client and documenting completed tasks after each visit

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation, drivers license preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
• Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push and pull 50lbs
• Current CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Negative TB/Chest X-ray Test Result
• Current and valid CNA License or HHA/CNA Certification
• Must be okay working with a BIG dog in the house
