Senior TS/SCI Helpdesk Specialist Remote IT Support
Leidos
Leidos seeks a Sr. Tier 2 Helpdesk Specialist to support a large DOD contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident management, and customer support for IT services in classified and unclassified environments.
The ideal candidate holds an active DOD TS/SCI clearance with IAT Level II certification and experience with IT ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow. On-site support and adherence to SLA commitments are essential.
