Position Type: Temporary / Emergency Hire (Not Benefits Eligible)

Hiring Range: $21.52 - $23.67 per hour

Please Note: This is a temporary/emergency hire position created to support operational needs. This position is not eligible for employee benefits and employment is expected to be of limited duration based on organizational needs.

What You’ll Do :

As an Environmental Services Technician , you'll help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards throughout our healthcare facilities.

• Cleaning and sanitizing patient care areas, offices, common spaces, and restrooms
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and maintaining floors, carpets, and furniture
• Supporting infection prevention efforts throughout the facility
• Collecting and properly disposing of biohazard materials
• Transporting linens and waste materials
• Stocking restrooms, hand sanitizers, and facility supplies
• Responding to urgent cleaning and sanitation needs
• Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for patients and visitors

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum six (6) months of janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience
• Valid Washington State Driver License, current vehicle liability insurance, and ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work around contagious illnesses, biohazards, and cleaning chemicals
