Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality food items in accordance with our menu standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu development and recipe creation as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and support to the front-of-house staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee and culinary arts is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
