As a bakery lead, you’ll bring care and skill to every recipe, making sure our shelves are filled with fresh breads, pastries, and treats the community counts on. From the smell of fresh loaves in the morning to a perfectly decorated cake for a celebration, your work is what keeps customers coming back. If you love working with your hands and turning simple ingredients into something people love, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department! 
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Providing day-to-day leadership to bakery team members, helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Leading by example in customer service, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and overall professionalism.
• Supporting team members through training and encouragement to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicating effectively with management regarding inventory needs, production priorities, and department concerns.
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!

• Strength: You're able to lift up to 50 pounds - baking is hard work!

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card
