Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity for guaranteed hours in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and health management.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a CVICU setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
