Responsibilities Demonstrated project management experience Ability to facilitate projects across cross‑functional groups Experience managing engineers and technicians to facilitate programs Strong time‑management skills Demonstrated engineering expertise Product line expertise Execute with guidance the analysis and evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements Provide technical leadership, mentor others, and support assigned projects and tasks Document technical data generated for assigned projects Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments Participate as presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews Technical sales leadership Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering Project management skills (MS Project) Strong oral and written communication skills, both technical and non‑technical Effectively communicates and executes customer expectations throughout the team Demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment Fosters teamwork within own department and between departments Problem‑solving expertise Ability to develop and execute objectives for self and others Experience with composites and resin systems Experience with CAD systems Proficient in SolidWorks Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with cross‑functional experience Technological proficiency, including relevant engineering tools Embraces continuous improvement and actively participates in Lean initiatives Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Six Sigma tools for data‑based recommendations and decisions Knowledge of compression molding, manufacturing methods, and composite manufacturing Educational Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. #J-18808-Ljbffr General Plastics & Composites LP
