Job Title: Graphic Designer

A fast-growing commercial janitorial services company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its team in Boca Raton.

The company specializes in serving a niche clientele in the hospitality industry and is known for professional, high-quality service backed by a strong, consistent brand. As the business continues to grow, creative and marketing support has become a key part of how the company wins and keeps clients.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that communicate the brand story, highlight the company’s expertise, and support business growth. The primary focus of this role is creating and customizing client proposals using Adobe InDesign, along with developing marketing collateral, digital content, and brand assets that keep the company’s presentation consistent and professional across every platform.

Each proposal is tailored to the individual client, and the goal is often a same-day turnaround—sometimes within an hour. We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can make edits quickly and accurately while handling a high volume of requests. This role partners closely with sales, operations, and the field and customer service teams, so strong communication is essential.

Day in the Life:

• · Create, customize, and revise client proposals in Adobe InDesign, tailoring each one to the individual client
• · Turn proposals around quickly—often same day, sometimes within an hour—while handling a high volume of requests
• · Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect client needs and scopes of work
• · Manage multiple projects and revisions while maintaining accuracy in content, grammar, spelling, and formatting
• · Assist with proposal addendums, contracts and DocuSign, and document organization
• · Support the field and customer service teams as needed
• · Design and produce brochures, business cards, flyers, signage, presentation templates, and other branded materials
• · Create digital content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives
• · Support website updates and Google Analytics tracking to keep the online presence functional, on-brand, and effective
• · Maintain brand standards across all platforms and help evolve the brand as the business grows

Requirements:

• · Adobe InDesign experience (very important); familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
• · Graphic design experience preferred, but candidates earlier in their career with the right attitude and ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply
• · A portfolio showcasing your design work
• · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• · Exceptional attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, and formatting
• · Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage a high volume of requests
• · Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• · Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• · Self-motivated and able to work independently without a lot of hand-holding
• · Strong communication and collaboration skills
• · Experience with social media, website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar), Google Analytics, or broader marketing is a plus and could create growth opportunities within the role
