Qualifications / Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience supervising behavior teams or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
• Strong skills in functional behavior assessment and writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Effective communicator, adept at collaborating with staff and families
• Previous school-based experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a district-level behavior team, fostering a supportive and effective work environment
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide mentorship
• Conduct detailed student observations and functional behavior assessments
• Consult with school staff and parents to promote positive behavior outcomes
• Write, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
