Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually

What You'll Do

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will:

• Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Drive quality measures and survey readiness

• Lead financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency

• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional department leaders and staff

• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community

• Partner with regional leadership to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field required

• Master's degree preferred

• Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
