You will: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans Provide parent guidance and collaboration Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate Review and maintain clinical documentation in alignment with payer requirements What We Provide Support Structure – we value ongoing collaboration between all our BCBAs, including opportunities for case reviews, consultations, and BCBA Clinical Director support.
