Data Privacy Manager
Natera
Natera seeks a Data Privacy Manager to operationalize enterprise privacy capabilities and support compliant innovation across the organization. This individual contributor role partners with cross-functional teams to embed privacy principles in data, technology, and research initiatives while addressing evolving regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize enterprise privacy governance frameworks enabling compliant data use
- Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to align privacy with broader governance initiatives
- Support implementation of privacy solutions and embed privacy-by-design into products
- Provide privacy guidance on clinical research, real-world evidence, and precision medicine initiatives
- Support high-priority strategic projects requiring cross-functional coordination and implementation
Requirements
- Solid foundation in healthcare privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience with clinical research, data governance, and privacy operations
- Knowledge of technology-enabled healthcare and privacy-by-design principles
- Ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into practical solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with privacy technology capabilities and workflow optimization
