About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to play a pivotal role in the brand's evolution and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy, brand building, and development of integrated marketing strategies across various retail channels. This role demands a leader with a strong background in consumer marketing, particularly within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. The Senior Marketing Director will be tasked with driving innovation, and creative marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable revenue and market share gains. They must be adept at omnichannel demand generation, from digital to in-store, and be able to connect brand strategy with customer and shopper execution to enhance the brand's presence and performance at retail. The ideal candidate will have a background in a world-class CPG marketing academy, with a focus on consumer insights, brand strategy, and integrated demand generation. They should be experienced in scaling consumer brands, launching new products, and executing marketing strategies that lead to commercial success. A key aspect of the role is the ability to balance brand building with commercial execution, ensuring that the brand's authenticity and quality are maintained while driving growth. The Senior Marketing Director will also be responsible for leading and developing the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. A humble, low-ego leader with a resourceful and scrappy DNA, who is passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers, will thrive in this position.
