Must have troubleshooting skills for clients and servers, Outlook, Skype for Business, Email, Messaging, PST, WINDOWS SERVER 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10 & 11, BitLocker, Office Apps, Migrations, Disaster Recovery and Backup solution, Archiving and Enterprise Vault. Preferred company-based IT experience including Tier 1/2 help support or junior sys/net/database/security admin experience or network engineering experience. Good to have hands-on experience in: Office 365 Administration. Messaging (Skype, Lync, Teams) Azure, IMAP, POP, Certificates, User authentication, SSL, IIS, TLS, Email Protocols such as IMAP and POP and Exchange. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, SaaS, M365, O365, Endpoint management, Security, Intune, Purview, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell, Data Loss Prevention, Role Based Access Control, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multifactor Authentication. To Qualify: You should be willing to relocate anywhere in the US on a client project-to-project basis, as this is an onsite, in-office position. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
