Qualifications * Class A CDL * Minimum of 2 years of driving experience * Maximum of 3 violations in 3 years * No drug or alcohol violations * Hazmat endorsement required Job Requirements * Required use of the in-cab dispatch system for hours-of-service tracking and loadstatusupdates * No prior disciplinary actions at any Freeport-McMoRan sites * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone * MSHA Certificate (Not Required - Training Provided) * Must pass a physical ability test Schedule * Monday through Friday * 10-12 hour shifts * 4pm or 10pm start time available * Home daily Compensation Benefits * $25.00 per hour (straight time; no overtime) * Quarterly safety bonus * Medical, vision, and dental insurance, plus supplemental benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) with employer match * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * 24/7 dispatch support * Driver field support * Full-service terminal
