About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO and his family with personal and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily life. Although this is a remote position, the work schedule aligns with Pacific Time (PST), requiring availability during the week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. This role requires a proactive approach to managing personal requests, scheduling, anticipating outcomes and organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CEO's personal calendar, scheduling appointments, errands, and commitments. Order meals, coordinate deliveries, manage apartment maintenance tasks and handle other personal requests promptly and accurately. Keep the CEO's personal and professional life organized by creating systems, reminders, and prioritizing tasks. Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers, and other contacts on behalf of the CEO. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues or requests. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar support role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs. Must have experience with coordinating tasks to completion with great outcomes. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, task management apps, and communication platforms.
