Job Title: Assistant Commercial Property ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (Westlake & Dripping Springs)Job Type: Full-Time, In-OfficeTravel Requirement: Approximately 50% local travel between Westlake, TX and Dripping Springs, TXSalary Range: $55,000 – $68,000 annuallyPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio in the Westlake and Dripping Springs areas of Austin, Texas. This is a 100% in-office position that requires frequent local travel between properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial real estate operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Commercial Property Manager with daily operations of assigned commercial propertiesCoordinate and oversee maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor servicesSupport tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, and assisting with tenant communicationsAssist with lease administration, including abstracting leases, tracking critical dates, and maintaining accurate recordsPrepare and organize reports related to property operations, expenses, and occupancyProcess invoices, assist with budgeting, and support accounts payable functionsMaintain accurate property records and documentation within property management systemsConduct regular property inspections and report findingsEnsure properties are maintained in accordance with company standards and lease requirementsProvide general administrative support to the property management team as neededQualifications1–2 years of commercial real estate or property management experience requiredStrong working knowledge of commercial property operationsYardi proficiency strongly preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to travel locally up to 50% of the time between Westlake and Dripping SpringsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment100% in-office positionFrequent local travel to assigned propertiesProfessional office and commercial property settingsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $68,000 annually, based on experienceCompany-paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance401(k) retirement planComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceAccess to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
