Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in West Branch, Michigan. The assignment begins 06/01/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on 8-hour days (08:30-16:30). Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, including post-operative, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation. Provide therapeutic interventions and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support a 5x8 shift coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC. Preference for experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation systems. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days (08:30-16:30). Coverage: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Floating to other regional facilities may be required.
