We are seeking a seasoned sales and relationship professional with experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals. At Kelleher, the Market Director is part of the team that is the linchpin of this iconic and world-renowned business. As such, Market Directors have the opportunity to capitalize on Kelleher's best-in-industry commission and bonus structure with uncapped upside potential. 

To be successful in this role, you must have a level of sophistication and understanding of the lifestyles of clients of significant means and a natural ability to relate to and connect with people. As the lead client-facing representative of Kelleher in the designated market, you must present well, lead with compassion and integrity, and have a genuine interest in the client. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to authentically connect with a wide variety of people.

Role and Responsibilities

• Pursuing new business opportunities with inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Identifying potential clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions and strategies.
• Communicating persuasively and capable of successfully navigating the sales motion from initial contact through onboarding
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of Kelleher's history, culture, and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Providing clients with comprehensive consultations and communication.
• Ensuring client delight.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
• Experience in relationship management, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Experience working with HNW or UHNW individuals or families.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of clients.
• Collaborative and capable of building strong relationships with team members.
• Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong focus on the client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of sales, relationship management, or related experience.
• BA required. Advanced degree preferred.
