Production Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Lead to join our manufacturing plant. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with all safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of safety and sanitation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Production Lead Pay: $21.00

Production Lead Second shift: (1 opening) 2pm-10:30pm


Production Lead Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Enforce safety compliance..
• Monitor equipment operation, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are correctly labeled, sealed, and stored according to specifications.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing training on safety procedures and operational best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production records, quality checks, sanitation logs, and incident reports.

Production Lead Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead team members
• Mechanical knowledge related to processing equipment and machinery maintenance.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and quality control calculations.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and the ability to enforce cleanliness standards across the plant.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform routine inspections throughout the shift. Join us in shaping the future of food production!
