What you will do 

\n

The Field Service Renewals Representative 4 is responsible for maintaining and growing sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory. You will develop a customer-focused strategy that supports retention of preventative maintenance contracts, higher revenue per customer, and stronger customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities\n

  Maintain and grow sales within an assigned customer base and territory.

\n

  Develop and execute strategies that improve retention of preventative maintenance contracts, revenue per customer, and customer satisfaction.

\n
• \n

  Manage retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base of approximately $3M-$3.5M.

\n
• \n

  Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base and build lasting relationships with customers.

\n
• \n

  Develop strong account knowledge, including key decision makers, equipment, service contract details, and account history.

\n
• \n

  Partner with district operations to support and improve service delivery.

\n
• \n

  Identify customer needs and translate them into effective sales strategies.

\n
• \n

  Report progress and performance metrics to operations and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

\n

  Use Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ace, and Report to Web to manage account information, track activity, and support accurate reporting.

What we look for\n

  High School Diploma.

\n
• \n

  Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ace, and Report to Web.

\n

Nice to Have\n

• \n

  BA, BS, or a similar degree.

\n
• \n

  2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience with a similar product, service, or industry.

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly qualify opportunities.

\n
• \n

  A high degree of self-discipline and a success-driven mindset.

\n
• \n

  An independent, creative approach to selling intangible services.

\n

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $54,000 - $82,800 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
