Job Title Life Safety Sprinkler Systems Sales Executive – Austin Responsibilities Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with major customers, contractors, and end users to negotiate and close quality orders. Establish a sales strategy and build a positive ongoing relationship to grow the Sprinkler Service business. Estimate small projects, including day-works, and provide accurate, timely quotations. Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives and take ownership with integrity and accountability to ensure successful outcomes. Required Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in sprinkler system sales or a similar field. Previous sprinkler design experience, including estimating and performing hydraulic calculations. Preferred Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems. Familiarity with reading blueprints and understanding current NFPA 13 standards and local codes. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and organize work. Proficiency in personal computer applications, including Windows and Oracle systems. Ability and willingness to work as a team player and collaborate with others. Benefits Competitive salary and commission plan.
