Patient Recruiter Specialist Phoenix, AZ | $18.50–$22.00 per hour IMA Clinical Research , a division of The IMA Group , is seeking a motivated Patient Recruiter Specialist to support patient enrollment for ongoing clinical research studies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare. What You’ll Do Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies Conduct outbound calls using screening scripts Schedule and coordinate screening appointments Engage patients professionally via phone and email Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to internal teams Collaborate closely with clinical research staff What We’re Looking For Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or call center environments Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle sensitive information professionally High school diploma or GED required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Clinical research, healthcare, psychology, or medical experience preferred Why Join IMA?
