- Lead group and/or private Reformer Pilates sessions with proper cueing, form correction, and progression/regression options
- Create well-structured, balanced, and dynamic class plans aligned with studio programming
- Provide modifications for clients with injuries, limitations, or special considerations
- Ensure client safety at all times through proper equipment setup and monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reformers and studio equipment
- Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere
- Promote studio programs and memberships when appropriate
- Stay current with Pilates techniques, anatomy knowledge, and industry best practices
- Comprehensive certification preferred
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (current)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention
- Excellent verbal communication and hands-on cueing skills
- Ability to adapt classes for beginner through advanced clients
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience teaching group reformer classes (1+ year preferred)
- Experience with prenatal/postnatal clients or rehabilitation-focused programming
- Sales or client retention experience
- Additional certifications in fitness, movement, or wellness
- Ability to demonstrate exercises and provide hands-on adjustments
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment as needed
- Capability to teach multiple classes per day
- Competitive per-class rate or hourly pay (based on experience)
- Flexible scheduling (morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred)
