Our Ideal Dentist – DDS or DMD
YOU! Whether you're an experienced dentist ready to step into an established patient base or a new graduate looking for strong mentorship as you build confidence, Dr. Davis is looking for the right doctor to join her team.
You'll have clinical autonomy, a strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship when you want it, and opportunities to continue expanding your skills throughout your career.

- Super GP opportunity – Interested in expanding your clinical skill set? Grow into procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, aligners, and more.
- Mentorship that meets you where you are – You can learn alongside experienced doctors, while experienced dentists have the autonomy to hit the ground running.
- Comprehensive dentistry – Complete full-mouth examinations, diagnose, treatment plan, and provide the care your patients need.
- Build your own patient relationships – Educate patients, discuss treatment options, and create treatment plans based on their individual needs.
- A team around you – Work alongside an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants who help keep the practice moving so you can focus on dentistry.
