The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the Deputy Director, Federal Market Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Manage and/or support managing federal partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors
• Manage the HIS Oracle relationship and contract that includes FMS, RevCycle, and GAMN businesses. Look for opportunities for growth, strategic alignment, and risk management
• Manage the FMS and RHSP Optimization Program that includes the use of AI and automation to enable a more streamlined federal offering of RevCycle and GAMN products through our RHSP
• Oversee the FMS milestones aligned with business management to ensure revenue is generated, risk identified and adjudicated
• Manage the P&L for RHSP to include bowler updates, associated contracts, and revenue opportunities
• Manage all aligned federal contracts that support FMS development and training to include the Kreative contract and aligned personnel
• Developing new proposals to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments

• Develop and implement project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements

• Understands Proft and Loss (P&L) concepts and is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
• Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset and understanding of the relationship between revenue and implementation

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (8) years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare

OR

• High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and (12) years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare
• Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3/T5 Public Trust

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in business discipline, management or healthcare administration

• Experience working within the DoD and/or VA health care environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities, Revenue Cycle, Electronic Health Record Modernization Program or similar programs/projects
• Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
