What You’ll Do
Provide handson care with kindness, respect, and professionalism
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals)
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Work closely with nurses and the care team to support individualized care plans
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document care accurately and promptly
