Technical Editor

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Editor will perform quality control reviews of customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to brand guidelines while contributing to the success of client projects. Key responsibilities Provide quality control (QC) reviews of customer-facing and internal documents, focusing on consistency, clarity, and conciseness Ensure deliverable content follows standard templates and adheres to company policies and processes Identify and log risks and issues for analysis while maintaining records of work and revisions Required qualifications 0-2 years of experience in technical writing or editing documentation and reports Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Ability to develop positive business relationships with diverse personalities Strong decision-making skills using available information Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities to meet deadlines
