Hiring ASAP: Auto Sandblaster Pay Rate: $18-$23 DOE 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM Responsibilities and Duties:
- Abrade surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish.
- Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
- Clean grease, rust, and dirt from product; wash surfaces prior to painting; sandblast parts to prepare for painting; apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated. Qualifications: - Must have a minimum 1-2 years' experience in AUTO Sandblasting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions - both written and verbal
- Must be able to keep records of work performed
- Must be punctual and ready to work at start of shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
