Sr. Salesforce Developer with Agentic AI experience.

Salesforce Developer

Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong communication abilities and hands-on experience in AI-driven Salesforce solutions, for a hybrid contract-to-hire role in Clinton NJ with a leading insurance firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms, including Lightning and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Implement and optimize solutions within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Work with AI capabilities within Salesforce, including Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
Design and build dashboards and insights using Einstein Analytics Plus
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Provide technical guidance and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC) development
Experience working with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools such as Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
Experience with Einstein Analytics Plus (Tableau CRM)
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, AI/Analytics-related certifications)
Experience in integrating third-party systems with Salesforce
Ability to work in agile environments
