Salesforce Developer
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong communication abilities and hands-on experience in AI-driven Salesforce solutions, for a hybrid contract-to-hire role in Clinton NJ with a leading insurance firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms, including Lightning and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement and optimize solutions within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Work with AI capabilities within Salesforce, including Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
- Design and build dashboards and insights using Einstein Analytics Plus
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Provide technical guidance and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC) development
- Experience working with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools such as Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
- Experience with Einstein Analytics Plus (Tableau CRM)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, AI/Analytics-related certifications)
- Experience in integrating third-party systems with Salesforce
- Ability to work in agile environments
