Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a fast‑paced technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry permissions for authorized personnel and visitors, following site protocols for badges, deliveries, and/or visitor management. Support day‑to‑day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while providing courteous assistance and clear directions to people on site. Minimum Requirements: Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. A CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
