Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 5-10 years of industrial experience preferred Ability to work with minimum supervision High degree of safety awareness Good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process preferred Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions Perform preheater tower cleaning including the use of Cardox Operates various heavy equipment Trains other operators and participates in team meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Talent Group
