Job Description: The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Associate, supporting Enterprise Quality and Accreditation Operations, collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams to uphold exceptional service standards. This role emphasizes internal quality assurance and accreditation readiness, serving as a key driver of process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and reinforce a culture of superior customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and supporting regulatory audits to ensure ongoing compliance across the enterprise. Apply today!! Schedule This is a full-time position, eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week. This does not include working weekends unless there is a departmental need. Please note that a video interview through Microsoft Teams will be required as well as potential onsite interviews and meetings Essential Functions Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements to workflows, processes, training, and documentation. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans based on identified issues. Coordinate with Quality and/or Accreditation Coordinators to address training needs uncovered through audits and data analysis; assist in developing regulatory training materials. Support team education by facilitating discussions, tracking issues and resolutions, and maintaining documentation. Conduct system testing for updates and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality. Participate in quality and system enhancement committees to improve operational processes and training effectiveness. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures through regular audits and reporting; ensure accurate documentation and regulatory alignment. Assist in accreditation readiness by collecting data and analyzing performance trends. Develop and deliver training on workflow processes, regulatory compliance, and system functionality. Serve as a subject matter expert by supporting team members in resolving issues and meeting deadlines, while staying current on policies, procedures, and plan design changes through ongoing training and collaboration. Skills Communication Documentation Quality Improvement Data Analysis Regulatory requirements Quality Services Teaching Technology Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer service role requiring a good level of understanding of operations policies, procedures, and guidelines while meeting performance standards Demonstrated intermediate skill in spreadsheets and word processing Demonstrated ability to balance daily tasks, mentoring, and assigned projects Basic knowledge of data analytic tools Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) Effective project and workload management skills with the ability to multitask Creative, motivated, enthusiastic, and work well under pressure Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university in the healthcare field Physical Requirements Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc. For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
