Urgent immediate need for a PHP & WordPress Developer to get the NC Museum of Natural Sciences website up and running. Candidates must be available for the engagement duration, with a small extension possible. Responsibilities Website Access Restoration: Diagnose and repair the missing WordPress login PHP file, restoring admin and content management login functionality. Static Pages Restoration: Diagnose and repair issues preventing live changes to static site portions. Codebase Stabilization: Identify and fix problematic custom PHP code, outdated plugins, and legacy configurations contributing to instability. Content Management Support: Make minor updates to improve navigation and usability within the current structure. Short‑Term Maintenance Recommendations: Provide guidance on maintaining operability, including essential updates and monitoring. Documentation: Document repairs, temporary fixes, and recommendations for the NCMNS team. Requirements Extensive experience with PHP development. Experience with WordPress development. Experience reviewing existing code to diagnose and repair missing WordPress login PHP files. Experience restoring login functionality for administrative and content management access. Experience identifying problematic custom PHP code, outdated plugins, and legacy configurations and applying necessary fixes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
