Job Opportunity: Child and Adolescent Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist to deliver outpatient therapy services to children, teenagers, and their families. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering mental well-being in young clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of clients.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a nurturing and collaborative setting.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in case consultations to enhance treatment strategies.
- A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Relevant licensure or certification to practice therapy.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.
This role is primarily outpatient, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients and their families.
