Youth Disability Career Coach — Empower Futures
HUMAN SERVICE CHAMBER OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
ARC Voyagers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Career Coach to help high school-aged individuals with disabilities explore strengths, find employment opportunities, and build job-ready skills in a supportive environment. You’ll mentor students, develop employer partnerships, and guide them through applications, interviews, onboarding, and ongoing employment while promoting independence and inclusion.
